Action Steps for Success:

1. Club members and family members sign A Living Will and discuss desire to become a donor with family.

2. Work Place: Schedule meetings, ask all employees to sign A Living Will and encourage their family members to do likewise.

3. Friends and Associates:

  Contact all groups with whom you are associated such as Church, Little League, Scouts, Soccer, Professional Associations, etc. Ask all involved to sign A Living Will and discuss with their family.
