A Committee Chairperson should be recruited to coordinate the implementation and select members of the District Committee. A training workshop should be held for these members so that a meaningful program can be the outcome.

The program will work best under the guidance and direction of a District Donor Education Program Committee, supported by the District Governor. The District Committee will be responsible to coordinate the donor education activities among the clubs in that district and interface with the national Share Your Life Committee. The District committee should be composed of enough members so that each member is able to work with approximately 6-8 clubs.
